I see beauty
In the batting of a butterfly wing
Or that of a eyelash
Flirting with the sweet boy
That sits next to you
In forth mod french

I see soft white dresses and superhero capes
On little boys and girls
Playing pretend
Before they grew up

I see Christmas tree's
With people smiling under
The sparkling bows

I see bright Popsicle grins
In the throws of adolescent summers
Before they first thought
That smiles like that
Shouldn't be on the face of a thirteen year old

I see beauty in
The newborn lamb
Suckling it's mothers milk

I see beauty
Because i know where to look
